  • How to measure success

    When rolling out a new MES system, or when enhancing your current system - what successes have you looked for? Is there a generic list of KPIs that can be referenced?

    Generally I'm thinking of items such as:
    Reduction of Batch Record review time (measuring personnel time)
    Batch Record creation time reduction (measuring personnel time and/or days)
    Faster release of a lot (measuring days)
    Acquisition of data (versus a previous batch or paper record) (measurement of days)
    Reduction of deviations or error codes (measurement of Number of error codes per xxx pages)

    Anything else that folks may use to "quantify" their MES successes?
