  • Tulip Platform MES engineer

The Tulip Platform MES engineer is responsible for the design, development, validation support, deployment, and lifecycle management of digital manufacturing applications on the Tulip platform within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role develops new functionality to improve manufacturing, quality, and operational processes, including application configuration, integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., MES, ERP, LIMS, and equipment interfaces), data models, dashboards, and workflow automation. The developer collaborates with manufacturing, quality, validation, and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions comply with applicable GxP, data integrity, cybersecurity, and change control requirements. In addition, the role provides ongoing production support for the Tulip platform and deployed applications, including incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, defect remediation, performance monitoring, user support, system maintenance, release management, and continuous improvement activities to ensure reliable and compliant operation of business-critical manufacturing systems. The position also participates in an on-call support rotation and is expected to provide off-hours and weekend support for critical production issues, ensuring timely resolution of high-priority incidents that impact manufacturing operations. Due to the close collaboration required with manufacturing operations and end users, this role is expected to work primarily onsite at the manufacturing facility.
